The Team

Introducing...

Craig Fitzpatrick

CEO

Craig founded Devshop in 2004 and continues to lead the charge.

At 9 years old he became obsessed with software and started writing his own before switching to the dark-side (management) 13 years ago, when he began leading software teams.

Devshop is the 5th software company that has considered Craig one of their fearless leaders.

He provides Devshop with a never-ending stream of ideas about how to improve the world of software development and continues to drive Devshop forward.

Craig regularly writes about the joys and perils of software management in his blog, Uncommon Sense (for Software).

David Keys

Operations / Legal

David refers to himself as a "reformed" lawyer. No really, he's almost fully recovered.

He spent many years at some companies you'd recognize, including Cognos and Fulcrum (now Open Text).

David brings an incredible amount of wisdom and practical sanity to an otherwise chaotic world of business.

His specialties include operations management, deal-making, and of course, legal.

David also chairs Devshop's advisory board and is either an advisor or a director of a number of companies, including iotum.

Randy Kun

Product Management

Randy's ability to boil down a seemingly complex scenario to its core essential elements is scary.

In a jittery world of "we need to do everything", Randy is a steady hand steering towards what is really important to be ultimately successful.

Gene Rheaume

Corporate Finance

Gene runs his own private practice specializing in corporate finance and lends his expertise to Devshop as an advisor on all things finance.

One of Gene's many strengths is the ability to completely model a line of business to allow a leadership team to convene and find the position of greatest advantage before building a thing.

Peter Cleveland

Corporate Strategy

Peter has spent the last 30 years advising senior leaders from all walks of life, through his tenure at Ernst & Young.

Peter is one of those people that you can use as a crystal ball as he can relate to you, "been there, done that, here's how it will work out."

Corien Kershey

Strategic Marketing

Corien brings a diverse set of practical marketing strategies that she has collected over a spectrum of gigs ranging from big enterprise (NetManage) to small and nimble start-up (Buystream & Fusetalk).

She is able to cut to the chase and sift out the tangible benefits hidden deep within the norm of abstract marketing theories. In other words, "select the best, forget the rest."
